Check to make sure their school is not blocking them, sometimes they confuse the username and password their blocker asks for with the login they created on our site.

Normally, they can get into webmail but not email. Most likely, they just made a change to their password and had saved the old password in their browser and it keeps kicking in the old password when they attempt to log in. Have them clear their browser cache.

Authorize the user but ALSO check that they entered the correct email address for their account. There's been a few that mistyped their email and it had to be corrected if they are to receive any event confirmations, etc.

Some users forget their passwords and try until they are locked out. After this, they won't be able to log back in even after Help Desk assists them with their password problems. Go into Admin, user accounts and unlock their account.

Most likely they are looking at it in "View" mode. Have them switch to "Edit" mode.

Most likely registered for an account at www.lacoe.edu and used the same username for that account as the LACOE account. Remove the lacoe.edu registered account and this should fix it.
